Education Career Fair

The Education & Career Fairs (ECF) is an annual career development fair series in Canada. Our mission is to create community connections by inspiring students and employment seekers in skill development and education pathways.

The 2022/2023 Education & Career Fairs provides a direct opportunity for over 12,000 attendees to connect with over 200 exhibitors of universities, colleges, skilled trades learning institutions, and employers from across Canada. Since 1996, ECF has introduced secondary students and career seekers to valuable tools, resources, and contacts to equip them in preparing for post-secondary education and ultimately, entering the workforce.

Fairs are attended by secondary students planning for higher education; young adults looking to transfer their work experience & skills to a different industry; and new immigrants seeking employment and further training to settle in Canada. More than just a trade show, ECF creates opportunities for individuals or organizations to chat, ask questions and learn together.
